Refund Policy and Conditions

Software sold via Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) is subject to different guidelines than that sold in a box.
The main benefit of electronically distributable software is that bpmToolbox and bpmModules’ functionality and features can be fully tested prior to purchase using the trial version.

If you still have questions about bpmToolbox or bpmModules after testing the trial version please contact us before purchasing the product.

At BPM’s sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for orders which fall into the following categories:

  • The product has been proven to be defective by BPM’s technical support department.
  • Duplicate orders that have only been made via the BPM online store.

We will only offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, contact us with the following information:

  • Name
  • Order number
  • Date
  • Product name
  • The reason for the return

If we need additional information you will be contacted by email from a BPM support staff member. Upon approval of a refund you will be asked to sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction which will be provide by our support staff.
