Training Courses

BPM offers a range of training courses which aim to provide attendees with the necessary skills to build their own best practice models. These training courses fall within two categories:

  • Online Interactive: Free online best practice modelling movie tutorials.
  • On-Demand: A full range of Excel and financial modelling training courses provided by experienced BPM consultants.

Online Interactive Training

The online interactive best practice modelling training course will teach you how to efficiently implement best practice using the free Best Practice Modelling System. The course is comprised of an introductory tutorial and 16 interactive movie tutorials which align with the 16 Spreadsheet Modelling Areas within the Best Practice Spreadsheet Modelling Standards. These tutorials contain example models and practical exercises which are accessed via the bpmTraining tab within bpmToolbox which is shown below:

The Best Practice Modelling System, which includes bpmToolbox Lite and the Commentary & Examples edition of the Standards, and can be freely downloaded by clicking here. You do not need to buy bpmToolbox to undertake the interactive best practice training tutorials.
